This system is suitable for eddy current testing of alloy bars. The entire system consists of five parts: detection device, detection accessories, mechanical, electrical,
and pneumatic components. By using impedance plane analysis, multi amplitude phase region alarm and other technologies, automatic defect detection is achieved,
and automatic sorting signals, alarm and marking signals are output. The alternating current generated by the instrument generates eddy currents on the surface of the workpiece through the detection coil. The magnetic field generated by the eddy currents in turn affects the impedance of the detection coil. When there are defects or material discontinuities on the surface of the workpiece, the original eddy current field will be destroyed, causing a change in the impedance of the detection coil. The instrument processes the impedance change electrical signal feedback from the measuring probe to achieve automatic defect detection.
